Platini has come out demanding the Turkish FA take action by relegating the clubs. It doesn't actually say it in that video but I can't help but shake the feeling that they're asking UEFA to wave a magic wand and fix it without the clubs being relegated.

Ultimately you've got to use shock tactics to fix something like corruption once it's embedded, a softly, softly approach or a few minor figures on the side going to jail won't work.
