Di matteo utilised fully the 'legacy' that Jose Mourinho left which is coming to an end. The acid test for any incoming manager is how to evolve the entire production line to benefit the first team. Recruiting is not a problem but we do not want to end up like Arsenal.I for one would like Di matteo to be given a chance to evolve the club so that we can sustain even more success. The reason i like about Di matteo is that he recognises the English and long establish contingent of players is what gives us the 'backbone' to be successful.
