As much as I want Robbie to be given a one year contract I would still like to see Eddie Newton as his right hand man. I think with this pair and what they've achieved they deserve to be given a chance to prove themselves...

I don't think there's any doubt about that, unless Steve Clarke is willing to come back.

Only trouble is if a new mananger comes in he'll most likely want to bring in his own staff. I feel that Robbie d and Eddie both have good relationships with the club, staff and players. Just wanted to say as I feel Eddie hasn't been given the credit.
