I booked flight tickets + final tickets from Thomas Cook by the link held in Chelsea web site.

The question is they say this is just an acknowledgement, not a confirmed booking.

Does this mean that although I have booked the package, I might not get the ticket?

Therefore, do I have to find tickets from viagogo.co.uk?

They will wait to see the loyalty point criteria set by Chelsea first then they will scan the applicants to ensure they fit the criteria. The tickets will come as part of the package and if you don't qualify then you won't be on the coach/plane (you won't be charged either)
