Hi, I have found 2 megastore gift cards in my house and checked them, and they both have value totalling 42 pounds. I am trying to using them to buy christmas presents for family, but I am not sure how to use them online? It says they can be used online, but on the checkout page there is a 'gift voucher' entry box, but the number on the card is too long for the box so it doesn't work.

I am really stuck, any help would be really appreciated.

I had some a while ago and it was a nightmare trying to use them but I think you need to phone a number and use the gift card number to activate them, you'll then be given an activation number that you have to use on the website. I ended up going into the shop and shouting at people because mine wouln't work on line.

thanks, I will try this later. The megastore are absolutely useless in the shop itself so I am not holding my breath!
