Just asking if anyone remembers the London Evening Standard (classified results) and London Evening News & star (classified results) newspapers which appeared after the matches, usually at train stations around 17:00 - 17:30 pm. Most had full first half report while the second half of the match was limited too a few lines as the newspaper was quickly sent too be printed.

 

I just wondered if anyone has any of the above newspapers (from period 1964 - 1975) and if they would like too sell a photocopy of the newspaper (front and back pages only).  I will gladly pay a very good price for the copy. The evening standard was (A4 size) while the Evening News and Star was (I think A2 size).
