Hi, Phil from Calgary reporting in! I have been following the Blues (or Pensioners as they were known when I first started)! Unfortunately I was born the wrong side of the Bridge (the Severn, not Stamford), so I am one of the hated Taffs (Cardiff), but there has been little to cheer over the years, and the Chelsea kit in the late sixties was somewhat “sexy”, and thus my affiliation to Chelsea was born! I’ve been in Canada for the past 19 years, so I have had to follow you from afar, but  getting up @5.30am to watch the games, has not been an issue! I’ve managed to “brainwash” my 11 year old grandson (Mason) to support Chelsea, with Mr. Mount being his favourite player - must be a jinx to him this season, as he’s got his personalized shirt for every game! How different it was way back then when my own favourite was Mr. Robert Tambling esq! Anyway, enough rambling - I’ve a question to ask of you. We’re returning to the UK over the Christmas period, and for a surprise birthday gift for my grandson, I would like to purchase a couple of tickets for the Bournemouth game on Boxing Day! What would be my best bet to get tickets if at all possible? Do both him and me become members - (not a problem), Any advice would be gratefully accepted!

Thanking you in anticipation, and I’m like a kid in a Candy Shop waiting to see the team in action! Well, I must go now and fill the car up- petrol’s 70p a litre here! Life’s a b***h! Apologies for any profanity! KTBFF, Phil
