Was I the only one convinced that Bridge had already completed his suspension ?

I think you were in actual fact one of maybe two who predicted Bridge would start at left back for us .

...oh, by the way, I was thinking, ahem, that we'll be closing the BPL down for a few months (cough, cough) and opening up again in May (sputter, sputter)...
