Kalinic is pretty good, although still far from Chelsea starting 11 material. And I don't think it's good for him to sit on bench. He's way too good for Croatian league though, so he probably needs to go somewhere and toughen up a little. After Luka Modric the best player still residing here in Croatia. He's got good technical skills and is quite a menace near the goal, a "fox in the box" if you will... Hard to guard, excellent in duel, can play with his back against the goal, fast on the ball and always hungry for goals. Here's a video compilation of his goals, some scored when he was only 18. Pretty much the best and most complete video of him:
