  1. Well I guess thats the investigation finished. I would like to thank the posters who posted some lengthy & well worded replies Im still not too sure who you would replace the 'now obviously failed' spanish bafoon with ...... John Terry seems the only stand out candidate as interim until you get a perm. I still dont know if you think waiting until the close season & try to get something out of this season is your preference. I can only guess that you... or should I say most of you would rather get the bald manuel out now & take whatever sh*t that comes of it. I would say that my mission has failed (trying to get clear answers) but Ive got an idea of what you think & feel so I will try to work with that. I bet you think I will end on an insult as do most trolls, nah but I will say this. Its a shame that most of the replies chose to take the p*ss and avoid answering the questions I posed. They were genuine & had no ulterior motive, I just wanted to find out if there was any sense to be made of the video in the opening post & weather the fans involved had weighed up the effects of such a display. I also wanted to find out your short list of replacements. There have been many many insults thrown your way after the video in the opener, it paints a picture of a bunch of neanderthal fans who blindly chant hatred at a man without any real intelligent reason other than blind hatred. I didnt think that was the case and gave you a chance to come up with answers that would blow the above misconception out of the water & provide real reasoning. Maybe the last few posters on this thread can really nail it...... in any further replies. If not ....Au Revoir & Adieu good luck with your season & I thank you for your time.
  2. Examples of what? When asked 94% of people said skodas are sh*t cars while the other 6% said they were all they could afford and the interior trim was better than they thought it would be. Erik "See! He is a Skoda hater, he said skodas are sh*t cars, its up there, Ive highlighted it in bold.
  3. Utter crap, your man in the previous post has a far superior eye & provided a far more astute reply. You say "He avoids being directly insulting" thats because I wont get any decent answers and will be fooked off out of it if I did. Suggesting player power? I am a true believer in players getting the credit & I constantly complain when Managers get far too much kudos for doing next to nothing whilst the players work their socks off & make the manager look good. I think I know what you are alluding to, all the talk last season about Terry & co interfering & screwing up AVB's chances. Thats completely wrong and not what Im saying at all. I dont want to cause disruption, I just want to be able to be an informed person, rather than just jumping to an ill informed conclusion. i.e Oh them chavs are fookin stupid & they dont know how good they have got it with Benetez, did you see them on that video, utter ****s So far Im beginning to see a clearer picture thanks to the well worded posts of the likes of Chippy & your man Untouchable. Next time Im in football company & some illiterate mentions the poor taste of the the Benetez treatment I can give a better opinion. You cant say fairer than that surely.
  4. Best answer so far Chippy thanks, JT as interim? Interesting, I even think it could work as I'm a firm believer in player credit. Sometimes I think managers cream off far too much credit when really the players achieved most of the success. Would you say that your players, including big influences like Terry, Lamps & Drogba had a massive effect on De matteo's tenure? I would but then thats only my opinion You say the season could actually be saved by the dismissal of Benetez, see now thats something I didnt even see.... you care to digress/expand? Look I can see why you think Im just here to stoke it up, take the p*ss & trollololol but ffs read back my posts Ive really tried to stay respectful. I have not once took the p*ss out of anyone on here & even given credit. Married for a year & 6 months & after even that short time I would love it if it were a wind up but Im sorry to say it isnt. Im not trying to get attention I just believe that writing you all off as thick c*nts for the video without finding out the facts is a bit sh*t to be fair. Apart from chippy no one has given an answer to the fair questions posed. For all the time I have spent being respectful and polite, and all the carefully thought out posts ive offered & the fact ive soaked up a shed load of stick, no pun intended without retaliating. Surely Ive proved this is no wind up & I was just purely interested in getting an inside track on fan opinion. You are wrong, read the post again, nowhere have I even come close to saying any of these misconceptions are my personal view.
  5. Swindon are like herpes boils on the bellend of football so I can see how the hatred for Benetez is so strong As for the recent posts above how can anyone doubt my honesty when I freely admit to being a fookin oxford united fan? I have posed a couple of questions that no one has answered, do I get the feeling that all the doubting & suspicion as to who I support & weather my father in law exists is a smoke screen to avoid answering? Look I know its 'troll like' to come onto another teams forum and take the p*ss out of fans (which I have not done, only managers) but think of it this way. The newspapers dont give half as much a fook as I do & will just make you out to be ****s & wont care about the details of the video. Other fans of other clubs will all think the video in the opener makes you look like ****s Any non football Joe bloggs in the street will read the paper or see the video and think you are ****s Whereas I have taken the time to find out the true facts & the background behind the video & rather than call you all ****s Im using up time to find out what is really going on, you have to give me credit for that at least. My guess is a lot of you are quite prepared to sacrifice your season to get what you want & they dont give a sh*t about the consequences due to the immense hatred for the man in charge (as detailed in my questions) Ill run them by you again Is the hatred of Rafa so bad that you are more than willing to throw this season in the bin in the hope that Rafa is sacked, even if it costs you a further period of instability while the new Manager (whoever he is) takes time to adjust? If the answer to this is yes I think I can see why you are trying to destroy Rafa. Secondly, do you think this is the best way to go about it or do you think (as my father in law thinks) that these things should be left until off season. If I can ask a third question, have you formed a general consensus on who you would bring in (short term) if Rafa was sacked tomorrow? I dont think any fan is right or wrong to protest in the manner of the video, its not for me to say. However over the last few days I have read on many forums that the over riding feeling is you are all ****s for it & thats not what I think, I think there is more to it than meets the eye & this thread was meant to find that out. lmao@ HMS pinafore, watch this lad he has potential. As for my imaginary girlfriend I have fookin loads, Im married ffs what do you expect lmao
  6. at the poem & he is genuinely my Father in law & go steady he isnt too well. Im trying not to insult & just want to understand the true picture at the club to relay back to him.
  7. See edited version, i couldnt be arsed so i wrote dad, then had second thoughts as It didnt sit right even though Ive called him dad sometimes.
  8. Im an Oxford United fan but I am a massive fan of all English club football (40 years watching) with a Chelsea fan Father in law of 76 years with more than 60 years support who said after hearing the chants in the video in the opening post. "Whats the point after that he said, what fan in his right mind would intimidate a manager in that way & then expect to win a game, I bet when we lost they were chanting I told you so" He also & I quote; says "Shame we couldnt really win it" in reference to the Champions league, followed by "Great defensive displays are for relegation & dont crown you as the best team in europe & never will". I cant say I disagree with him, as an Englishman, a fan of the game & a nuetral I would have liked to see Chelsea win the CL in style & with flare & panache rather than what I see as 'not losing it' & bagging a trophy. I understand you didnt have the ability nor the staff to do it in that fashion so you worked with the tools at your disposal but it still takes the shine off the win imo Anyway thats those side issue dealt with, the real reason to post the opener is to find out why the level of abuse has reached the scenes above & who you think could realistically replace benetez 'now'? If there isnt a viable replacement surely its to your best advantage to get behind him until the season is a) fooked or b) ended. Ive told my Chelsea fan father in law I have raised this question on your forum and he is interested in the replies & has had a laugh at some of the replies already (the insult ones I mean) other replies he has seen some sense being made so keep em coming. I want to add another 2 questions that spring to mind that I think will put things in a different light. Is the hatred of Rafa so bad that you are more than willing to throw this season in the bin in the hope that Rafa is sacked, even if it costs you a further period of instability while the new Manager (whoever he is) takes time to adjust? If the answer to this is yes I think I can see why you are trying to destroy Rafa. Secondly, do you think this is the best way to go about it or do you think (as my father in law thinks) that these things should be left until off season.
  9. I take your point on the RDM first 12 games, it makes that '13 points up' stat a bit meaningless really so wipe that from the record. I didnt like pingu & dont believe he was the long term managerial solution, the manner of the champions league win was bereft of any real glory & felt a little fake & I was just waiting for his inexperience to be found out. I would credit the players more than him for any success last season but all of that is just my opinion & Im not looking to argue that point. I just think the ethic is all wrong, Rafa is realistically the manager this season & therefore the end of the season is the time to storm the ground, picket the chairmans office & ram the point down his throat. Not shouting your a w**ker at the manager 3 minutes before kick off in such a nobel competition. Makes Chelsea fans look stupid imo, especially considering the fact that no real viable replacement is anywhere on the radar.
  10. Ive not been too interested in the Rafa out stuff, Im a fan of the game & this normally doesn't effect me but after seeing the video below I was left wondering & had to sign up to ask. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=o9zZRJFaL3s Was it a small minority of fans who heckled/abused the manager as he walked out to face the FA cup tie or is the sentiment expressed in the video & the way it was expressed a feeling that is shared amongst a much larger group of fans? I found it a pretty stupid thing to do, if you want your team to win you get behind them on a matchday, even if you dont like the manager you give him space to work as best he can on a matchday & leave your complaints at home. There are more than enough facilities for complaining, Twitter, forums, email the club, petitions etc. Why the hell this sort of chanting was deemed appropriate & for any benefit to the club I find impossible to answer. Does anyone feel the same? A replacement? Hiddink? .... on a cushy number at anzio, mucho wonga & no risk of the sack. Capello? .... Russian Manager but no better than the spanish waiter surely. Jose? ....Not happening mid season Pep?.... Not Happening at all Laurent Blanc? No experience here & no better than the bald manuel Err Every other possible is either no better than the omelette eating bin dipper reject or Abramovich has already sacked them. Other As of 21/01/2013 Chelsea are 13 points up on last seasons tally when the bald pingu lookalike was in charge, yet there are some fans still calling his name and asking for a reinstatement over Rafa? Why? He was just not good enough period. Chelsea are 3rd in the league after a bad league run last season and a 6th place finish, so how on earth can the fat spanish waiter be receiving worse abuse than Fat head Allerdyce did at Newcastle? Rafa hasnt brought chelsea down to relegation form? I am really at a loss to understand what is occuring I really am, can someone please just reveal the stuff I have so obviously missed as I am baffled by past & recent behaviour of the chelsea faithful.
