You can change players every week. You get 1 transfer every week, which rolls over to 2 if you don't use it. Well played to Chelsea. I think Everton showed they can compete at the same level but it was a bit like pouring water into a bucket with holes in it, and hopefully there is a way to address it before it becomes an issue. Let me take this opportunity to wish you well for the season.
