i'm sure that mourinho is different than montella...i mean as type of play..montella is a real guest for playing a guardiola and spanish type..much more technic and ball possession..he surely will have a future in some big european team and cuadrado was perfect for this..he gives too lot attention and time to new players and his setting of our play...mourinho with his experience and his physical based play i think won't wait so much to put him....u have also champions league...isn't exactly europa league...;)

i imagine that is hard to everyone to take the place of players as willian or eden hazard....certainly i'll take a look on the match....

the only bad thing i must say about cuadrado is that it seems very "colombian"...i mean in winter he goes in "letarge" in his most spectacular skill..the one vs one and the speed doing this...isn't clear if he feels cold or what..anyway in this period always have the lower performances...but if u wait a month you have in team a player that reminds the best ronaldinho in some skills and movements...it's really all ok for you...believe me..the old wolf mourinho still have flair...

ah!! now u must say to me something about salah....it's ok he'll never be cuadrado...but...i don't know really..

hi all...i'm a Fiorentina fan from Italy...i start telling you my early excuses for my english i was reading this forum looking for some opinions of chelsea fans about this player...well...i'll tell u that here in Florence we all are still almost crying for his leave...it's ok that he was the better player in our team...but we also haven't any other player quicker than him in all serie A..maybe the only gervinho has a similar speed but with much more technic and dribbling...i think he's one of the best right wing existing in all europe...here in Fiorentina mr montella (our coach), because of pepito rossi's last injury, tried him all around the first striker(mario gomez)..he isn't a real playmaker and we have seen it...but actually was the most suitable for this role in our team because of his one vs one features...sprint and dribbling in small spaces..delicious feet for assists and excellent shoot on goal generally he has an amazing attitude in all forward...but if u want to see the real cuadrado...put him in the right way of the field...u'll never catch him without make a foul... telling you all my best wishes with mou and overall CUADRADO...i say you have many "viola" followers of chelsea from now on...
