My friend has been on the phone to him this morning, he is NOT coming back up north.

Boro fan in peace Bamford was indeed injured at the end of the season, and the injury was made worse by Karanka's reliance on Bamford to get us back in the PL. Reports on Comeonboro.com say that both Palace and Boro are after taking Bamford on loan this season, but this is not gospel. Palace would be a better destination for the Bam as he's settled in landan. When he was at Boro he lived in a place called Eaglescliffe, and my mates mam lived next door. She was doing his cleaning and washing. He told my friend that he wanted to return to CFC this season and try and get in the first team. You can't fault his enthusiasm. On the plus side, he supplied me a signed mcc shirt for a macmillan cancer fundraiser i've organised and hosting. He took it to Wembley and got the lads to sign it. Top lad and if he decides not to come back up north, i hope he does himself proud wherever he ends up.
