Ah well, nothing a decent result at the weekend can't fix. Good bits and bad bits, some.players look sharper than others... Standard preseason really.

It doesn't sound too different to the rule now to me - if a player tries to follow up then I'd assume he would be involved in the play, and so I'm guessing some linesmen may interpret this as offside currently anyway. Just seems to remove a bit of ambiguity rather than bring about any large changes but I could be wrong.

I've been impressed with the young lads in bits, in particular Loftus-Cheek going forward, and also Aina. Would be nice if the team could get it to Falcao a bit more, try to get him a goal and boost his confidence. Overall the lads are trying to play some positive, attractive football and for the most part succeeding, I'm not too concerned at the moment.
