It seems clear to me that the experienced "untouchables" have lost some respect for Jose. Maybe picking on the female doctor has come home to roost! Swapping to a younger team will change this, but it won't hide it for long. You can't motivate people by telling them to be motivated. This is born through respect. As much as the attitude seems to smell sour at present, I think this includes Jose!
