  1. Liverpool fan here. I realise it's not the best time to stick my oar in. Anyway, regarding the Tommy Smith thing, as a youngster I remember Howard Gayle playing one match and thinking he was fantastic, and wondered why he didn't play more. Just googled it and he played 4 times. I'm not saying the reason he didn't play much was racism, although it was everywhere in those days. I remember an interview with Kevin Keegan who said Tommy Smith despised him at first and kept bullying him until Keegan basically had a dressing room punch-up with him and Smith then left him alone. I think there were a lot more thick pillocks around at that time. The difference is, in these times we should be moving on. After reading up on it I found I wasn't in a position to comment on Suarez's insults to Evra because Suarez has been brought up in a different environment. I can, however, comment on Liverpool/Dalglish's stance and say it was appalling. I've just had my tea and a shedload of wine so I reckon I've wrote some rubbish, but I'll finish by saying the Salah stuff is the same as most players/teams get everywhere (although I'm commenting again and it's not me on the receiving end), but the Sterling stuff wasn't right.
