Have a bit of a unique take on sunday as it was the first Chelsea match i have attended for 6 years.
Have been a season ticket holder at Bradford City for 15 years after we moved up north when i was a kid, me and my old man would take in the northern away games but stopped going due to the madness of the Bradford rollercoaster. Felt the call not due to glory but just to get back to the great atmosphere of the good old days. So was interesting to see the change in the types of folk at the game......
.....surprising amount of Northern accents?!, quite a few more birds. Still has a decent following of folk prepared to sing their hearts but felt a bit early season/Sunday vibe. Loved being able to have a cheeky ciggy at half time!
Still nonetheless was some decent volume at points.
have no doubt things will be different at Man City, can't wait!
