Its a hard one when you know how talented he is, but i think in the current formation romeu is a must to play at the pointy end of that midfield 3 as a cdm if you like. If we played a 4-2-3-1 then him and romeu could both play, but romeu has to be a priority as this boy is a legend in the making

1.What will be your team to face QPR at the weekend?,what will be you're tactics,will you play Cahill & J.T. or Bertrand & give Cole a rest?,what's the formation. Id play a 4-2-3-1 formation, giving luiz a trial at right back, cahill and terry at cbs and cole at lb, to see if it works, romeu and essien at cdm play Ramires lampard and mata, in behind sturidge, in the epl stay with the same formation but change a few players around depending on the the way the game goes.
