    MKBlue is right - the first (laminated) ones came out in the '75 season but were never used. Everyone got one because the threat was no card - no entry to the Ground, I recall. I loved the wording on the back "Holder is a bona fide supporter of Chelsea Football Club ... confirmation can be obtained by writing to the Club Secretary at the Stamford Bridge Grounds" or something. The orange one is the first that came with the new style voucher books, wasn't it? They were funny colours - yellow, purple etc etc.
