I was reading this artical at Vital Chelsea. I was just wondering has anyone else heard anything from it?

Im not sure if this has been mentioned i did try looking but i might not of looked hard enough .

Seems like quite a good idea actually, but two things.

1) How many of those youngsters will actually get a crack in our first team?

2) Couldn't we have a better team than Leverkusen?

Awesome news. The Bundesliga is an excellent league that, imo, best approximates the PL in terms of its composition, balance of skill and power, etc. And Leverkusen seem to be up there every year, so they must be doing something right

Its also a league in which football is football, supporters are passionate and players work hard when theyre on the pitch. Hopefully some of those values carry over too
