"Fans Set Up Donate By Text

Darlington fans have utilised their skills to set up a great method of donating to save our club.

Darlington fans have started their campaign to 'save our club' and there are already a few ways been set up to get everybody involved.

The newest of these is the Text A Donation facility. Firstly dreamt up by GreeceyTed on the messageboard and then acted upon by Divas.

The facility is now up and running where any fan anywhere in the country can do their bit to help us out and it will cost them just £1.50. Each text cost £1.50 and between 75p and 95p (dependant on mobile network) will be paid a month in arrears into the 'Save Darlington FC Ltd Fund' which has been set up by the administrator and will be used to keep the club afloat until a buyer is found.

The banner for the text number will stay at the top of the messageboard just incase you forget. Basically just text the words GL SAVEDFC to 87070 and that is it. Simple as."
