Unfortunately many of the town centre pubs are 'home only' and doormen ask to see your match ticket as proof. On our last visit The Wheatsheaf Inn in Market Street was welcoming. It's just by St. Georges metro station so any Chelsea fans arriving on the trams from Birmingham Snow Hill head for here. There's a big car park in Fold Street, just off the ring road. It's only three or four hundred yards south of Molineaux and is also handy for the town centre.

Thanks for that hope we all have a good day out and get the result we want

Went to uni at wolves, so know a fair bit about the place. As Bovis said, a majority of pubs in the city centre are home fans only but it really does depend how lucky you are on the day and if your wearing chelsea colours. The places I wouldn't even bother with are Varsity, Royal London, hogs head and obviously the wanderer :laugh2: The great western and moreton arms are usually good, or you could always just go into birmingham as it's literally a 10-15 minute train journey.

Also if anybody is driving and will be arriving early and doesn't fancy paying for all day parking, go down Lomas street (student accomodation road WV1 1QU) and park it right down the end of the street next to Inverness house. Some home fans park there but it seems not many people know about it, so will save you a few quid if you get there early.

Also keep a low profile going through the infamous subway at the end of the match when we inevitably smash them

The days of the Subway Army are long gone....but if you are driving tho' follow the A454 from Junction 10 of the M6, there are plenty of boozers en route to town, park up at one of 'em and catch the 529 bus into Wolves...the ground is 10 minute walk from the bus station...The Cleveland Arms or The Merry Boys are sound boozers.
