Try the So Bar right across the Britannia gate of Stamford Bridge. Always a good crowd and lots of singing and pre-match atmosphere. I would also recommend the Pelican or the Butchers Hook.

Thanks for the suggestions. I went to the butchers hook for a few drinks before the game, first class bar, really enjoyed myself before the game. Will def go back!

Think it was Mickey Greenaway who introduced the song on a pre-season tour in Sweden in the 70's. He had a tape with some childrens songs that was played in the bus and one man went to mow was one of them. So I was told anyway.
