Premier League rules re rival players

With Fabregas in Cobham last week, I got thinking about what rules there must be in place. Is it against Premier League rules of a rival player 'visiting' a training ground of another rival for instance.

I can't see it being a rule, but then what would constitute a 'tapping up'?

Does anyone actually know the rules regarding this?

Think they are free to go anywhere really, obviously not partying and such whenever they want but cant see a problem in visiting another training ground if you got mates there, think torres and him might be friends.
