I was just wondering if anyone did. I did but I was sat in the Spammer end as I had connections on their side. If we'd won or drawn we'd have relegated them there and then and I'm sure I read somewhere some Chelsea fans didn't think they'd make it out alive if we'd won? I was only young at the time and was scared sh*tless. I think it was Frank's 1st or 2nd return there since the move and the abuse was extreme.

I was just wondering if anyone who went and sat in the away end could tell me what it was like? Not quite vintage but I'd love to know.

I was there, cracking atmosphere as it always tended to be when we played at there place. You're right we wouldn't have got out if we'd beaten them, it was hard enough anyway! A load of my mates are west ham fans and I saw some of them on the train, most of them wouldn't talk to us in case they got clicked, then my brother was overheard saying "you're still going down" everything went mental for a couple of stops.

I went & remember thinking for such an important game the atmosphere was quite poor.
