Spoke to Olympic park MUnich earlier about the eufa event on 19th when they are showing the match. They had more tickets available today at 10am but website crashed, eventually up but they sold out. They told me there might be an event at the site in the centre where they the beer festival in October and would be more news mid next week

The Oktoberfest and the spring Frühlingsfest (smaller and better) are on the Theresienwiese just one stop on the underground from the central station.

The TW is also used for trade fairs but is absolutely huge and would hold tens of thousands if available for a public viewing of the game.
