It's all about loyalty points and the amount that you need entirely depends on the availability due to how many existing ST holders choose not to renew.

 

If you are determined to get one you need to be going to a lot of games, home & away, and then wait till the end of the season when they announce how many you need.

Yes I got one in 2007 on the back of 89 membership points in 06/07. I think that year though there were 2500 released as the club decided to increase the amount of season tickets.

The best advice I can give is go to every loyalty point 5 game in the season. I must have gone to about 7/8, that's instantly 40 points. Plus these games are cheaper aswell. I'm looking to get one again for 15/16, as I'll be back in London next year with hopefully a full time job.
