Having used to work in Glasgow now back in London i was made to feel really welcome up there,was invited by work collegues to go to Ibrox (now Ibrokes) their passion is insane for this club.

Just what can we do as fans to help them?

Rangers are in a real mess both on and off the pitch. Unfortunately the last few years have taken their toll on the fans too and there are various supporters' groups pulling in different directions. There's also a feeling that the SFA and the SPFL clubs are deliberately obstructing developments that could give Rangers a more stable future.

Chelsea fans have seen their club in difficulty in the past and so I would hope many here would have some sympathy with the plight of Rangers fans.

I fear more for the future of Rangers now than at any point in the last 3 years. The club must get its finances in order even if that means toiling in the lower divisions for a few more years. If it fails to do that, it may not have a future at all.

Perhaps more than anything there needs to be some refreshed and united sense of purpose amongst Rangers fans. There's a desperate need to put anger with the club's management to the side and get behind the team no matter how poorly they perform.

I think any sign of support from Chelsea fans would go down well in Glasgow.
