Been a Chelsea fan all my life, thought I’d join here as my son’s now a big Chelsea lad and we took him to his first few games in the conference league. (Got lucky that we knew some friends who had tickets but couldn’t go) Ended up joining the membership scheme for both of us to get tickets more often, not sure how it actually works.. hoping someone could give me some advice on how it works and if having a membership should give me a better chance of grabbing some tickets on a more regular basis?

Welcome. Yes , you need to be a member to buy tickets. You need to log on early as possible when the game you want goes on sale, then it's a matter of enduring the " virtual waiting room" until you hopefully get to the ticket sales site. All the information you need is on the club website.
