anyone else catch Pato's debut with Milan yesterday in their match against Napoli? he certainly looked like he was trying too hard, and missed out on a couple of chances that most strikers would put away in their sleep, but he ended up scoring one near the end on a nice finish in Milan's 5-2 win.

it's sort of hard to gauge how good of a player he is because this game featured no defense whatsoever. it's almost like the two coaches conspired before the game. Milan played three attackers in Pato, Kaka and Ronaldo. I hesitate to say this, but Pizarro probably would have scored had he played for Milan yesterday!

but -- it's pretty easy to see that Pato is going to be good. he unleashed a couple of wicked shots yesterday with hardly any build up at all, and has unbelievable pace. reminded me a bit of Thierry Henry, as he could have the whole package -- great touch, unbelievable pace, good ball control, and great power on his shot. obviously not the most powerful in strength, but he won't really need to develop that to succeed in Serie A.

Anyway...I saw the game and before it started I said to my brother "Pato's gpnna score, 20 bucks" and I won. Great goal, good tricks, just got a little over excited at times-tried to do too many things at once. Very good game, enjoyed that one

Heard it was a good game, and that Ronaldo looked pretty sharp for his return. Lathargic, but good touch, to be precise
