The buy tickets on line facility was shut down for maintenance and was supposed to be up and running by midday yesterday. Guess what? It's still shut down so I can't order my Carling Cup ticket against Burnley (okay I should have ordered it when they first went on sale but I forgot!).

And I'm sure the official site gets slower every time I use it.
