Fact is some players don't do well coming off the bench, call it confidence or whatever, but Sheva don't do well coming on for 15-20mins, neither does SWP...well he doesn't do well at all but confidence is everything for these guys thats why they buy these big cars to feel good about themselves.

i know he is young promising talent, but he has failed to advance from being promising. I don't really rate him as a player, and I think he will be gone at the end of the season.

Nothing against the lad pesonally, just don't think he is good enough for Chelsea, and his constant poor performances don't do much for my all ready short temprament with him!

I can agree. Flank midfielder or winger is a very important position at Elite clubs, like Chelsea.

One thing is to have Cr.Ronaldo, J.Cole or D.Stankovic on the flank. And completely other is having Wright-Phillips. When he is holding the ball a chance of counter-attack against is more than creating any dangerous situation.

Playing even against Mighty Forest he was not great or we can say, however, just poor.
