Slaven Bilič
Fair enough. Never worked with any club at all, never worked in England. Being lucky could get one bright season, but too unexpirienced to become a long-term one. Do we want it? Look at Laudrup and his Getafe, where's he now? Thrown out from Spartak after first five games. Moyes or Sparky are better choices for me. JM is always welcomed too.

Man Utd vs Arsenal CL Tie Thread
Actually, Walcott impresses more and more. Next year Arsenal, keeping their squad, reducing the number injuries and maybe signing 1 great defender (Kompany, Heitinga ...) must become a geniune title chaser. .............Adebayor........... Arshavin.............Walcott ....Nasri(Eboue).............Denilson .................Fabregas........ This guys can perform.

Which team do you want to qualify? Considering ManU has almost won the title there's no point to wish them play as much as possible. On the other side Arse is a better opponent in final, if we'll be there, considering usual for them injury situation. So, I'm for Arsenal. Shame Shava is ineligeble.

CL Semi, Barcelona vs Chelsea, 28/04/09, 1945 KO
Basicly we've given up on everything, except defending and managed to do it great, and upfront relying on Barca mistakes in defence, But totally Barca were the superior side by far. I've written about it higher.

Got your point. We created too few chances, considering how high barca played. We played very deep with our slow midfield (and that was a right decision) and with no quality attacking widemen. Credit to our defence, they did well. And Barca played very high, which has given us few chances, of course. And Henry's shirt was holden by our def in the box, Ballack deserved a second yellow for the fall on Iniesta near the box. Krkic had the best chance of the game, missing a header from 4 meters. As I've said before Barca have a lot of things to settle 2nd leg. So our chances are surely better now.

City in an attempt for Eto'o
According to BBC City is ready to make J40 mln bid for Eto'o. However, it appears Eto'o has no intention to leave, should he? Poor City, having a lot of money, they're unable to spend it. And to sign a new contract with Sturridge on improved conditions is beyong them. Of course

More chances for us: Pyuol is suspended for Stamford game, Marquez is out for season, according to BBC. Should Pep put Messi and Iniesta on the bench as Wenger did?

I was against putting Ballack this case for sure. He added more strength to already strong midfield, but was slow and has been mentioned only by yellow. Lucky not to receive red though. Totally we looked like 2nd division team, parking the bus at home, but did enough in the middle to prevent them loading ball onto our flanks. Essien looked lively. I didn't think Barca was weak in defence as many said before, except one time, but it was a personal mistake. Their total pressure was fantastic as usual and such a tackling, enough to make even Essien to give a possesion away. We've not scored away, but we can rest now and should Real beat Barca on the weekend we'll be in a very strong position. As I've before JM did better against Barca in CL, never giving up the domestic title at the same time. But it's no pressure for both of them. JM had principially won the title till the moment of the playoff against Barca, GH -principially out of the race( not his fault, but anyway)

We're looking like those Tottenham fans, who were levelling Dawson and JT, as well as Zokora and Essien. More credit for Barca, please, they fully deserve it.

It's a usual thing I've said. That's how the things should run.

Best Rumour In A While - The replacement For Petr Cech
Indeed. The head of their printing department is a di*k-head for sure. He'd have known not a single club on earth will sell the keeper like Cech.

A Team From All the Main Leagues
Thewestway, a typical comment for the man who changed homeland Russia for USA. (no politics, of course) Loz, you include Russia, it means you feel guilty for banning me for no good reason, don't you? :) Good call, though. England - Chelsea mixed with Arshavin flair, obviously. Spain - it seems the most beloved country by regulars here. Atl. Madrid. Forlan, Aguero - excellent attacking players, the team interesting to watch on. Italy - Udinese. Qualiarella. Di Natale. Inler. France - In youth I support PSG with Djorkaeff. The player whose intelegence on the pitch influenced my very much in youth. That's why I never quit playing football, that's why I'm typing from the hospital now, awaiting double surgery on my left knee on Tuesday. Russia - no answer. A protest against Loz decision. Netherlands - Twente. I love McLaren. Portugal - Sporting. Izmailov is playing there, but it seems New Mourinho doesn't hurry to become a king. Hakuna-Matata.

They are -CSKA Moscow? That's a natural thing to pay russian money for the russian player to the russian team, isn't it? :)

Correct Score poll vs Barcelona (A)
An easy pick, according to poll options. Defeat. Essien can't cope with Xavi -Iniesta on one flank and Messi -Alves on another one. 1-3. God bless if we should score.

CL Semi, Barcelona vs Chelsea, 28/04/09, 1945 KO
What JM had needed to go through Barca is 3 goals in a row in a very short time and some luck later. But this Barca is the best Barca for years. Our chances to, at least, score an away goal and not being torn into the thousand of small toy bears, are minimal and Mancienne doesn't makes it any better. Great respect for them this year and for 'no need to sign Hiddink' policy as well. Even a comfortable away defeat like 1-2 won't help much I think. Excuse me if it goes against your judgement.
