I don't think the talk of him underperforming in big games means that much - when's the last time Messi excelled against us? I watched alot of Serie A (I know not that good) but he looked like everything a team could dream of. Forget Oscar in the 'deal' give them Ramires + Dud and some cash and I think it will be the deal we've needed. Oh also splash the cash on Stones.
