"Best managers ever" don't find themselves in sixteenth and being so tactically inflexible that they can't work with what they've got. He's a one trick pony, and while it was a hugely successful trick, he's now been found out and has no answer other than kicking up a stink and let others take the blame. To add, he's had five transfer windows and look at the state of the squad at present. The Ryan Bertrand situation alone sums up why that man shouldn't be trusted with a chequebook or any further attempts of squad building. Eight points out of thirty in the league. That's relegation form. We can't trust him with our future, so get rid.

I want him out. To be honest, I'm sick to death of the man and his destructive presence. I've heard all the excuses and I've been staggered by how far fans will go to absolve him of all blame, but the simple fact is that we shouldn't be a point off the relegation zone. His limitations and (many) faults have put us in that position and he looks completely incapable of getting us to "turn the corner". Giving him money to spend in January or the power to move players along will be a massive mistake. He'll just get it wrong and leave us in even more mess. The kindest thing I can say about him is that he'd make a good Asset stripper. Agreed.
