  1. that's true. Poor little Eva though, I hope she's going to be OK.
  2. well said buddy. But he shouldn't criticise a member of the Chelsea Family in public.
  3. What ?....where did a female have a dig at a males career ?oh, the Rafa thing ?I don't care about that Nate, that was just a bit of banter
  4. yes, its your take on it, not mine.My take on it is José shouldn't have critised a member of Chelsea in public. You know that she got horrific abuse at City and United, a thing a male doctor doesn't get, I think turning the spotlight on her and her medical team was unprofessional and he should have known better.
  5. did she criticise José?Never saw that in the reports.
  6. Correct !....I'm sorry if I said ALL, when obviously it isn't.And she walked by you and everyone sang Eva !!...okaaay
  7. Well equal rights wasnt supposed to mean equal abuse or violence for instance. It was about discrimination in jobs, career pay etc.
  8. I'm not sure what point you are making. You really think we have to interview Chelsea players and staff before we bestow nick names etc on them ?
  9. Good on you. I call her little Eva.I'm not sure why it's such an issue, we used to call Brian Clough ol big head !
  10. I beg your pardon ?...the guy said that Rafa's wife should be prepared for stick and shouldn't be treated differently to a guy.so what's the problem?
  11. oh, you assumed she was OK with it ?....so why are you asking me, I never said she was.
  12. what do you call her then ?...you know, when your at The Bridge ?
  13. I see your point. It's OK to abuse women, OK, fine.
  14. made what up ?I don't know if she's happy or comfortable with it, I never said she was. And I've never heard anyone call her "wee" in my life, but we all call her little. What's your point ?
  15. Great comedy listening to the grumpy gooners on TalkSport !!
  16. phew !....glad we cleared that up !....:)
  17. at the risk of having a shrivel spell put on me, "little Eva" is a term of affection used by all at the Bridge. We are very protective of her because of the abuse she suffers especially at some away grounds. And the real little Eva didn't mind, nor did little Richard come to that.. Or big Daddy
  18. I feel the same, I don't distinguish between male or female members of staff, and nor should you.....but do you think José "infantalised" Rafa's wife ??..?I can't see that, honest.
  19. I see the point mate, I'm just uncomfortable with him publicly criticising members of Chelsea in public.
  20. I'm sure our loving family man didn't "infantalise" a woman. Did he ?
  21. fair enough mate, I take your point, I just didn't like the way he went public with it. She gets enough abuse from supporters of other clubs without putting her in the spotlight like this.
  22. I didn't know José was a doctor, clever man.
