  1. Like i said, the usualy "how dare you criticize our golden goose?" How dare you! How??! smh. this is the problem. Fans tell a player so much lies and the player begins to believ his own hype. God forbid, Ruben will NOT fail, but if he does, You realy think Think Ruben is the first talented player to fail? There are hundreds of players, HUNDREDS!! who are 1 million times more talented than Ruben but failed due to attidude. Look at Mido! Look at Taraabt! Mutu! Babayaro! Adriano,... just to name a few.. They were all much more talented than Ruben, but look at their careers. I will even add Ronaldinho and Kluivert I truly pray Ruben never ever listens to fans like you because truth is, you can be the most talented player in the world, but if you have a poor work ethic, you will never make it.
  2. I dont think i should even respond to this lie.
  3. I guess the liverpool game, the west brom games were also pre-season games played half-way around the world. LOL. And what is your own reason for putting the player on a pedestal he does not deserve?
  4. Perhaps, thats why he will go on loan, were he wil take the next two years to learn how to be hardworking. Jose clearly said the feeling has changed. Those are Jose's words. Also, do you notice that RLC has not been given a senior number like Traore has?
  5. You didnt read my post., clearly. I clearly stated tat every game he has played, he has been lazy. Even the liveprool game he got praised for.
  6. when he plays, you are almost going to cry because you are going to realize how much chelsea loses, going forward on that left. To even add to that, his style of attacking and overlapping is just a joy to watch and will compliment hazard who is always looking for an extra outlet on the left when he cuts in. Against NYRB, i love Azpi, but several times, his inability to join the attack fluidly on that left hurt chelsea
  7. Actually, its 2 million Euros. SO, about 27K pounds a week. Which is just unbelievable business! 27 k for a player that is better than Shaw who is on 105k! Thank you, Marina.
  8. I am waiting for the rollicking of Zouma and Traore.
  9. Thank you for being honest. Nothing wrong in being an honest and saying the truth. Criticism does not mean you hate someone, it actually means you want someone to succeed. I hope for his sake, the people around him sit him down and advise him. At a top club like chelsea, you dont have months to change. You have days! I know thats sad, but thats the life of a big club because there are players there who are so much better than you, but also work twice as hard. Who do you think the coach is going to select?
  10. So Jose will tell Oscar, Mikel, Matic, Ramires and the likes to wreck themselves, but tell the "golden goose" not to wreck himself??? Are you kidding me? Why are fans afraid to say the truth?
  11. If this was the case, like Mikel, Mourinho and I wouldnt have a problem with his game. The Kid is just plain lazy. I dont want to say arrogant because I dont think he is, but what I saw against NYRB was shocking to say the least. Traore is his age mate and no one has attacked Traore. Its not about Youth, its about a player who is either lazy or to arrogant to understand that he needs to work hard. As for being tactically deficient, I am not going to blame him because the Youth coaches are to blame there. I hope he changes. Trust me, i truly hope so. But if he doesnt change very soon, Mourinho will move him out quicker than you can say "hey!" i have followed Mourinho for years and one thing he hates is laziness. He despises it and he doesnt have patience for laziness. I want to reiterate one thing i said earlier. The fans are part of the problem! Their fear to criticize thier favorite players, especially youth players, is the reason many English players are overrated! You hear a player like Barkely is worth 50 million and this is a player that is pretty much average at the moment. Its because ENglish fans sing and sing and sing the sweetness of their players names an are unable to be honest about their players. Anyone watching Loftus-cheek with honesty will tell you that the kid is in trouble if he doesnt step up and quick. This is not Bolton.
  12. absolutely. I am very disappointed because I thought more highly of him. However, these last few months have shown me that he is not mentaly ready for this level. Traore is his age mate and you can see the difference! Maybe going out on loan and playing senior football was the key for Traore.
  13. Hmmm... I am surprised you see a contradiction. How do I explain this now. Well there is a huge difference between being "tactically deficient" and "struggling with the new tactical scheme." The first one is "Ramires!" Well, okay. What i mean is that the first one is a player who simply fails to know what holes to plug when his team is defending. He is always out of position and when his team is attacking, he plays like he is the only one on the pitch, like Salah! He is unaware of the positions of his teammate. On the other hand, a player who is struggling with the new tactical scheme will naturally know what hole to plug when his team is defending and will also be aware of his teammates movements when the team is attacking. Like Fabregas and COsta last year and Traore and Moses this year. In fact, I was very impressed with the way Moses and Traore covered in defense when the team defended yesterday. However, when the team chooses to attach in a certain way, because the player has not played with his teammates for a while, he might not be used to playing in that system. FOr instance, if you notice, Mourinho's system insists on wingers who cut into the middle. On the other hand, Moses kept on trying to drive down the by-line (on the right), which cut out Ivanovic's runs. Defensively, and this will concern Zouma, when a player is struggling with a new tactical scheme, he would naturally know what holes to plug, but he may struggle with "stepping up for offside, struggle with communication with his felow defenders and DM (Zouma had this problem) etc I respect your position, but I am more inclined to believe Mourinho who disagrees with you. This is one of the reasons many young kids fail! Fans love them so much and want them to be a success that fans try to ignore the obvious for fear of criticizing them. It was the same reason Mourinho was roundly attacked for saying the truth about Reuben! "How dare you criticize our jewel." It does the young player no service.
  14. ZOuma wasnt lazy or tactically deficient. He was struggling with a new tactical scheme, just like Moses and Traore were yesterday. And Jose promised that both should learn the system pretty quickly. On the other hand, Loftus-Cheek is lazy and tactically deficient.

LOL @ "Mikel is absolute tripe." Like I always say, the best way to know whether someone knows football ask the person's opinion regarding Mikel, Muller and Busquets. The persons answer will tell you everything you need to know.
  16. I am not going to pretend that I know Mourinho personally or that we speak. However, I am certain he is on thin ice, because Mourinho pretty much said that in that famous press conference. He pretty much said the feeling has changed for me. and with the way the team was sh*t against NYRB and the fact that Loftus-Cheek was poor (laziness and awareness), I am almost certain Jose is livid with him. Look at Jose;s presser today, came out and praised Moses and Traore. We all saw how hard both worked yesterday.
  17. Laziness is a very bad attitude. And you are right, its not easy to change overnight. However, when you are in a big club where there are players more talented and better than you working hard, I am sorry, but the coach wouldnt even give you a time of day. If he was playing for a tiny club, then the coach may bear his attitude for a while and try and see how he can spend months fixing him while the team is dropping points. I hope I am wrong, but he was horrible yesterday and I wil be shocked if he gets many opportunities this season.
  18. This kid is in trouble. Prior to Mourinho's comments about Ruebens' laziness, I had noticed Rueben was very lazy and tactical naive. It is okay for a young player to be tactically naive, like Traore was yesterday, but it is not okay for a young player to be lazy. I watched Reuben against Liverpool and while i liked his performance, I could tell there was a problem. Against West Brom, he was worse! He wouldnt track a running man and will leave spaces where he should be covering. I said "well, the whole team was rubbish," so let me ignore it. And then post-season came and Mourinho tongue-lashed him. And I said to myself! "Oh! Wow! i wasnt imagining things. Of course the media and some chelsea fgans attached mourinho, rather than looking at the player who needed to improve. Reuben then promised to change and work very hard. Yesterday, I made it a point to watch rueben from a tactical perspective. Watch him on the ball and when he didnt have the ball. I was shocked! The kid has not changed at all. His laziness was horrid! He wouldnt press high, wouldnt cover spaces behind him, at some point, I saw this kid walking back after the team had lost the ball. Tactically, once again, he just didnt know what spaces to occupy. I wouldnt blame him for the collapse in the second half, as I believe Terry and the Ramires need to take a long hard look at themselves, byut Reuben was up there for the cause. That midfield collapsed PARTLY because Reuben was lazy and didnt know what spaces to tactically cover. He is on thin ice, I believe and I wont be surprised to see him sent out on loan.

Is that the same league Salah turned up for 6 months and outshone "Berrardi and friends?" No thanks.

This is Mourinho's comments yesterday: Although its not Sept 1 yet, but on that date, I will come back to you again.
  21. And Desailly was born in Ghana. The internet is the worst thing to happen to mankind. smh
  22. Funny enough, Burkina Faso has one of the most talented teams in Africa right now. Same as Senegal.
  23. This is a very very bad statement to make. Very bad. I dont even know how to react to it because its a very bad statement. Lucas Radebe Samuel Osei Kuffour Christian Chukwu Wael Gomaa Uche Okechukwu Nouredine Naybet Stephen Keshi Kolo Toure Lauren Rigobert Song Taribo West Present day, I can think of: Mehdi Benatia (Bayern Munich) Abdennour (Monaco) Serge Aurier (PSG) Nkoulou (Marseille) Faouzi Ghoulam (Napoli) Matip (Schalke) Bailly (Villareal) It didnt take me long to make this list from memory. I am sure i'd find more if I go to google. I am disappointed in your shocking comment. Simply because one is blind does not mean that the sun is not out. You need to educate yourself. No need for ignorance.
