Sorry, although I agree with your comment on Chilwell, he is poor at the moment and never looks to play forward quickly; I do think a manager with a tactical plan could get these players to challenge for the top 4.

I agree on your main point that the 9-0 wouldn’t have gone down well but the club knew from his previous experience that he could turn things around. All we can do is hope as Frank does not have either success or experience.

I agree with almost everything you say apart for the time of departure in your last sentence as I don't think he will be given the season if there is not a significant shift in style and results.

I agree with what you say. I would like Frank to succeed but I really would like to know how he will manage that. If he has the knowledge why haven't we seen any great tactical planning these last few weeks? All I have seen is someone looking lost; playing the same system that clear to everyone else isn't working and hoping results are going to improve. He also infuriates me in that as last night, it was obvious at half time he needed to make changes to the players or the system and yet no subs were used until another 20 minutes had passed.

He has that chance to show a different line up in the cup this weekend. Even with different players, if he continues with 433 then sadly I see no reason why things will get better.

I really don't think Tammy will have a chance in an England shirt anytime soon unless he improves quickly as he has regressed from last season.

I am sorry but I have to disagree. If you play 3 in midfield against Leicester and two are Havertz and Mount, you are in for trouble and you really have no plan. I know Mount offers something in attack but his defensive work is almost non-existent so it was no surprise we were completely open at the back. Please review the time around when Mendy saved with his foot in the second half and follow Mount's half-hearted attempt to track his man.

I agree with the wing back idea as James is not good enough defensively to play in a back 4 (as shown last night). It would enable him to do what he is better at.

I agree about putting up with the performances, I used to get upset but I just expect it now. However, I don't believe the Board think as we do particularly with the loss of money from empty stadiums. The club really need to get in to the top 4 or dreams (and they probably only are) of signing players like Stagland in the summer will just fade away.

Sorry but your statement is a bit of a paradox. If the new manager had a vision and a plan, unless they currently have abilities we know nothing about, it couldn't include either of those two.

It is not just the defeats that are the issue, it is the manner of the defeats. A few weeks ago I read that due to the congested fixture list, there had been no time on the practice pitch to prepare the team for a particular match. In the last two weeks Chelsea have had no midweek games, played a second team against Morcambe and yet I have seen zero improvement in style or tactics. When I saw Chelsea were playing 3 in midfield with Mount and Havertz against Leicester I had absolutely no hope of seeing a good result. What did they do in training in the free weeks?

A report in The Athletic today saying the Board are looking at German speakers to replace FL. I suppose with some of Chelsea's potentially best players - Werner, Havertz, Pelusic and Ziyech all fluent in German it does make some sense.

That maybe due to the fact that whenever the team is picked, Mount's name is on it. Imagine being Werner, Giroud or now Zouma when you have no idea when you are going to be in the first team again.

I am pretty sure if he doesn't see that he needs help, he will be asked to leave. If I were him, I would look to replace my number 2 with someone with more experience.

Sadly we all know, even Frank that a good manager could get more from these players.

I am sorry but if Frank wants to keep his job, he has to be ruthless and replace his mate and second in command Jody Morris and bring in a better tactical coach who doesn't want to be a manager and so he can learn how to setup a team week in week out. Otherwise, I cannot see any future for the both of them at the club as I cannot see the Board being happy with 9th or 10th position having spent so much cash.

No point have any top class players if you don't have a really decent coach.

He has really regressed this season.
