I've said it before and I'll say it again- Chelsea without any doubt been the best and most efficiently managed (even dare I say better than City and Pool) Premier League in the last two decades. Roman had implemented a ruthless but very effective management ruling- if a manager is not challenging for the major titles (we're not talking fighting for the TOP 4 trophy or the Carabao Cup), then he simply just gets rid of them and repeats the process again and again until the club achieve their major trophies...
That's EXACTLY how any big club should be operating (the likes of United, Arsenal, and Spurs should honestly be ashamed of themselves)...
