Hello everyone! I'm a devoted fan from America. I've only supported Chelsea for about two years now, so I'm quite a newbie. I know I fit the perfect criteria for "glory hunter" but I hope I can diffuse any suspicions rather quickly! Round about two years ago, I realized it was time for me to choose my destiny as a soccer fan, as I've played since I was 5. Well, the ripe old age of 16 rolled around and I really began to love watching in addition to playing. Only problem was, who do I support? Everyone I know is either an Arsenal or a Man U fan, and quite frankly, I just didn't fit with them. I watched many games as a neutral, did some research, and Chelsea came calling. I fell in love. I haven't missed a game (minus ones that aren't broadcasted here) since I made my choice, and I know I'm here for life. This team is my passion, I'm on top of the world when we win, and when things are looking bad, my week is shot until our next game. I know my roots aren't as strong as 90% of the people here, but my passion is, and always will be. I'm doing my best to pick up as much history as I can, and I hope to make the trip to the Bridge as soon and as often as I can, once I'm a bit older! I've lurked around this forum for quite awhile now, and I've finally decided its time to become a part of it! Sorry for the long-winded introduction, but hey, its my only chance at a first impression and I gotta impress all the cool kids!
