I'd like to see Phil Jones as a long term replacement for John Terry. Rumours are that he's available for £15m. He's got potential and being English he would slot straight in with the home-grown rules that are in place.

Reading reports this morning, Hiddink's agent says if he joins Chelsea it wouldn't be until September at the earliest.

Sanchez is a good player that would definitely add some desperetely needed width and pace to our squad. Personally though, I don't think a deal will happen.

Hiddink is one of the best man managers around and that's what Chelsea need. It's also a massive advantage that Roman actually trusts him and respects his opinion.

Modric is a good player. Doesn't score many goals but I could still see him paired up with Essien in our midfield once Lampard takes more of a squad role.

I hope the deal happens
