You're right, he'll have out of form players like Torres signed for him! I wish any manager did have control personally, better than someone with no knowledge of the game

Ultimately the players on the pitch determine the outcome more than the manager. We're not going to reach perfection while still playing Torres and Luiz. They've cost us more games than any manager will.

It's not often that a top 3 club has a vacancy, simple as that. Obviously we're an exception because of the revolving door of managers. Rafa probably didn't want to comprimise his ability as a manager by having to manage mediocre players.

Your tip for next manager...
Sadly I think Pep Guardiola will never come to Chelsea - we're not a big enough club for him. And why would a top name want to be subjected to the sort of humiliation we've been dishing out to managers lately.

Week of hell
Perhaps in future years we will look fondly back on the appointment of Benitez after he leads us to glory. At least I hope so. Need to look on the positive side of life. I think all the football clubs going bankrupt trumps this week. At least we're still swimming in money.

Clattenberg cleared
I wish Mikel would have his wages suspended or some other action over this. After all the furore about Terry, the last thing we need is our own players making similar false accusations.

Sorry, wasn't aware that singing protest songs against your own manager was the mark of a true Chelsea fan.

The actions of Terry/Lampard when AVB was in charge say otherwise. It's no coinidence they started winning once he left, their actions were sabotaging the performance of the team.

Rafa is top class, how many managers have won the Champions League? His record is impressive if you can look past a few comments he made years ago.

Regardless of your opinion of the man, mocking someone's accent/nationality makes you look like a racist and an idiot. We've already had enough problems with racism within the club, don't need the fans to join in.

All options are petty and childish. It there's a song it should be in support of Rafael BenÃtez, so the players support whatever decisions he makes. He's a master tactician, I don't understand the animosity
