Ticket swop for Wembley Front row behind the goal

Featured Replies

Hi,

This is my first post.

I am a Chelsea season ticket holder and an away season ticket holder. I asked Chelsea for a top tier ticket and ... they gave me the very front row behind the goal at our end.

As I always like a higher seat does anybody want a swop for my front row ticket (Row 1 Block 134)

The Wembley stadium website seating plan is at http://www.wembleystadium.com/events/stadiumplan/

Come on you Blues!

ill swop you 3 ginger biscuits, a bit of rubber hose ive just found in my shed, some old AA batteries, and some eggs.

sorry, couldnt resist....

Away season ticket holders got first pick so how come you got shafted?

I phoned the box office at 9am the morning they went on sale and as always they said they could not say exactly where the ticket was, however it was definitely in the top tier. Unfortunatly as I subsequently discovered the half way line top tier tickets and the behind the goal tickets were the same price and he got me the ticket in the lower tier. As I was one of the first callers I got one of the first seats which is why it is behind the goal in the front row. It is a fine seat but I like to be a little higher up, hence the request for a swop.

I discovered the error after Chelsea had sold their 25,000.

For the Arsenal semi I called the box office at the same time and had a ticket in row 8 of the top tier straddling the halfway line.

I was 4 rows back fromthe pitch at the semi. You really couldn't make out what was really happening on the pitch though because it was too low so I fully understand why you'd want to move. You're not having mine though :whacky086:

It depends what seat one prefers. I like a bit of perspective, while others prefer being close to the action that a front row seat provides. If there is a penalty shoot out then the front row seat wins big time.
