I have not seen even one snippet of a rumour that Lamps could possibly leave, but Skybet are offering odds on the likelyhood of him going to Man City,

So, if you are as convinced as me of the ridiculousness of such an offer, you can get odds of 2/7 that Lamps will still be with us after the transfer window has closed. The maximum bet is £300.

e.g. I have £280 @ odds of 2/7 to win a possible £80.
