How come everybody didn't get all 11 starters and all 7 subs for this game ?

I was away from internet access for 4 days and had to make my best guess days before the game. But, if I understand correctly, Carlo announced the complete side before the game. So how come nobody got all 18 correct ?

I think Carlo announced his side the morning of the game, whereas you have to submit your predictions before midnight the previous day.
