today's Telegraph is reporting a fixture pile up with FA cup replays and of course Premiership matches which need re-arranging due to snow from this weekend and possibly next weekend.

back to the old discussion about a winter break................? I can hear Fergie and Wenger moaning already

a winter break would be difficult in this country, its damn near impossible to know what the weather will do one day to the next at times. this year the bad weather was the 1st couple of weeks in january, last year it was the last weeks (i seem to remember the transfer window being kept open a day due to snow). so picking the right weeks to do it would be impossible.
