Don't worry it's not that bad. Tests carried out by the Ivory Coast's medical staff revealed that Drogba still has traces of malaria and Kalou is out because of "administrative complications with the player’s documents" so Zahou, the Ivory Coast coach decided not to play Kalou because he hadn't been involved in any training sessions.

Yep. The good news, I suppose is that it's clearing up. Also Kalou not playing decreases the chance of him getting injured. If it was up to me I'd withdraw every one of our players from international duty.
