Hello, Liverpool fan in peace here.

I've got all my hotels/flights booked for Udinese away in a couple of weeks time but we are being told the name of the person whose season ticket is used to buy the ticket, has to go on the match ticket. This name is then checked at the turnstile against your passport. My problem is that the season ticket I use is in someone else's name.

I've had a look on your website and noticed you had a similar policy for the Juventus match last night. Can anyone who traveled tell me if this was actually enforced at the ground, or did they not bother checking beyond you actually having a ticket?

I went out there with a mate who had a ticket with someone else's name on and we got into the ground fine. However, I overheard people at the airport saying they knew 2 blokes who didn't get in after not having the correct ID. Was extremely under the influence when going into the ground so can't remember if we had our passports checked our not. My advice would be do not leave it late going into the ground, try and get there when there is a main influx of people. Only reason i'm giving my experience is because i was as curious as you are by the sounds of it. Now back to hating Liverpool. Take your fat Spanish waiter out there with ya and don't let him return. f**k off Benitez.
