I know we don't usually or at least don't very often have a thread for under 21 games. However, with JT expected to make his long awaited comeback and with us all in need of a bit of cheer (hopefully) I thought we could take our minds off the circus of first team matters and have a good look at the promising youngsters.

We've pretty much been in control of the game with Lalkovic, Loftus-Cheek, Billy Clifford and Saville all going close. The final ball into Feruz has been lacking at times and clear-cut chances have been at a premium. Fulham took 35 minutes to register a effort on goal and so JT has had very little to do until the latter stages of the half when Fulham gained a little confidence. Maybe they're a little awestruck being up against the big man. 

 

 

Overall JT came through it comfortably.A little bit of rust showed early on with an error, but other than that he came through it without showing any signs of the injury and also went close with header.

1-0 thanks to a long range effort from Feruz. Strange goal as the keeper raced off his line even though Feruz was a good 40 yards out with a defender for company. He slipped when he took the shot and the low effort pretty much dribbled into the net with the keeper in no mans land.

2-0 Lewis Baker confidently puts away a penalty following a handball.
