Well if that's the case we dont need a manager?? If you take a high profile managers job you should be able to get the best out of the players full stop if you can't go manage west Brom. Half the squad should of been shown the door after downing tools for Jose, instead the board stuck by the squad and they will do the same thing whenever they are unhappy with tactics or the manager, fact is 60% of the team isn't good enough or should be shown the door through sheer lack of effort and Sarri just isn't a world class manager how ever the way we treat managers it's a wonder we can attract a decent one that's willing to join us the whole club needs an overhaul and it's been due a long time.

Hence the fact it's the managers job to rally and motivate the players if he's unable to do this why is he on the touchline? Might as well be at home with his feet up watching the game on the telly! Lol

It's the manager's job to get the best out of the players, Sarri was never a Chelsea manager imo the players we have are average, we have no pace in the team, Hazard turns up when he wants to the sooner we sell him to Madrid the better, our defence is pony our tactics are predictable. We dont play young English players who would give passion and 110% effort every game so will end up losing them Luiz has no pace so can't rely on his tactical awareness as he has none. Its embarrassing.
